Create your Ūpgrade Health profile Log in or create your profile using your email address. 2. Complete your SPARK purchase Once your profile is created, you’ll continue to checkout. 3. Get immediate course access After payment is complete, SPARK will be available straight away. 4. Start when your CGM is ready SPARK is designed to be completed while wearing a CGM, so begin Day 1 when your sensor is active. IMPORTANT: The SPARK course-only option does not include a CGM.
