What is a continuous glucose monitor, or CGM?
It's a small, wearable device that continuously tracks your glucose levels throughout the day and night.
By providing real-time data, CGMs allow you to see how your blood sugar levels respond to various factors like food, exercise, stress, and sleep.
This constant feedback empowers you to immediately adjust your lifestyle choices, improving your overall metabolic health.

What is a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)?A CGM is a device that continuously tracks your glucose levels throughout the day and night. This compact device is typically inserted on your abdomen or arm. It has a tiny filament that is inserted into the skin using an applicator. The sensor measures glucose levels in the interstitial fluid and wirelessly transmits the data to your smartphone. This allows you to monitor your glucose levels in real-time, providing valuable insights into your metabolic health.
